The next instalment in our Glittermix series comes from the big man himself, Glitterball patron and DJ extraordinaire Mr Simon Busby. Since kicking the series off with Glittermix 001 almost 2 years ago, we’ve not heard a peep from him as he’s been too busy doing mixes for people such as The Revenge and Cosmic Boogie. To be frank, it’s about bloody time he got his priorities straight as we’ve all been waiting far too long. Selfish.

It’s been worth the wait though, as what we have here is a fantastic collection of disco, house and boogie, along with the odd nugget of electronic weirdness. The amazing re-edit of The Cure which absolutely killed it at the party in October is in there along with Olivia Newton John getting the sexiest deep house treatment imaginable. In your face John Travolta. Give it a listen, it’s a great mix and at this rate we probably won’t be hearing from Simon again until 2013.
